Payment Terms - To book the services, 50% token amount of the commercial is required. Post shoot execution, 30% to be paid, post receiving 80% of the commercial amount, content will go under editing process.

Delivery Terms - Content will be given with ‘’preview’’ watermark, post clearing of remaining remaining 20% dues watermark will be removed and content will be shared in the google drive. Please note RAW data is not the part of deliverables however, can be shared but additional charges may apply.

Hiring Terms - Hiring me for my services is an acknowledgement in its self that the client has seen the work samples and has complete trust with my skills and style of work.

Offered Service Terms - Services are divided into 3 parts -

i. Creative Product Shoot - Highly stylised, crafted & composed content | Priced - Day wise | Multiple Backgrounds |
5-7 concept per day | 7 hours per day | 1 Location only

ii. Catalogue Product Shoot - Minimal styling | 1 Photo per product | 1 Background | Priced - image count wise | 7 hours per day |
1 location only

iii. Lifestyle Shoot - Stylised/directed shoot | 30 Edited photos | Priced - Day wise | 7 hours per day | 1 location only
 

Cancellation Terms - We understand that unforeseen situations can occur to anyone which can lead to cancellation of a shoot or date shift, in such occurrence we will try to reschedule the shoot to our best effort and the closest date possible and vice versa.

Rights Terms - With all due credits to the brand the deliverables can be presented by photographer [Rajat Verma] as their portfolio to the prospective clients and on social media platforms.

​Food Shoot Terms -
i. Kindly note if the photoshoot/video shoot is taking place inside a cloud kitchen the area should not be very hot else it can affect our camera equipments. Make sure kitchen exhausts are working fine.
ii. Kindly make sure that the kitchen is clean and tidy before the shoot.
iii. Kindly note any sudden power cut, unforeseen situation at the kitchen which impacts the shoot will not be compensated with extra hours. After finishing 7 hrs of working time creator team will start the pack up.
iv. On an outdoor shoot meal for 2 should be arranged by the client's end along with 2 chairs.
v. Before starting the shoot kindly arrange bundle of tissues, cleaning clothe, dustbin, sanitiser.
vi. Before starting the shoot kindly arrange fresh ingredients of the target items e.g. fresh veggies, lemons, basil, chillies, Spices etc.
vii. Minimum 20ft/20ft area is required for setting up the equipments.
viii. A car parking is required to be arranged by the client which is close to the venue.

Product Shoot Terms - 
i. All product shoots are conducted at my home studio.
ii. Products to be delivered at the studio 2-3 days prior the shoot date.
iii. Unique props that are going to be the part of the shoot are going to be an additional charge on the actual billing.
iv. Clients are welcome at my home studio during the shoot.
